These two walkers having so much fun are my Walkabout Companions. Gayle, my husband, walks almost every time I walk. Heather, my daughter, walks most days after work. They have helped me continue to get out and walk. Gayle does not think I should walk alone and I do get dizzy sometimes when my heart is adding in some extra beats.
I have another heart ablation on May 30.
